Been using them for a year and a half now, not had a single issue with them. Fantastic bit of kit.
Make sure you follow the instructions carefully. Don't get the end plates upside down...
Adjustable dumbbells are made of quality materials, have a good feel in hand. Easy to use, and make changing weights simple. Once everything was assembled it works exactly as hoped.
The All Out stand is monstrous in terms of its overbuild. You could use it as an engine stand! My only gripes are the threaded inserts on the bottom of the dumbbell holders are really hard to insert, and I needed a drill driver in the end. Secondly, the supplied spanners to assemble the all out stand were next to useless- you will want a 24 mm ratchet and spanner to build it, ideally.
These dumbbells are a great piece of kit.
If the handle was a few mm thinner I would give it five stars. I feel it’s just too thick for me to keep a good grip on really heavy weights.
I purchased the 16–24kg kettlebells immediately after buying the 8–16kg set, as I was very impressed with the build quality and how smoothly the weight changes work with minimal rattling. My only advice is to be cautious when adjusting the weights, pause briefly to allow the internal mechanism to properly secure the plates. A quick shake beforehand also helps ensure everything is locked in place before use.
Overall, I’m very impressed and have started gradually incorporating kettlebells into my training routine. They feel excellent in the hand, and I’m steadily building up my strength. It will take some time before I’m fully comfortable using the 24kg bells. I’m also looking forward to the potential release of 24–32kg kettlebells to expand my collection.
