Every review we publish comes from a verified buyer, collected after the order shipped rather than gathered from a shortlist of people we expected to be happy. We do not edit them and we do not remove the critical ones. If an order went wrong, we would rather you saw how we handled it than saw nothing at all.

Reviews also sit on each product page, so you can read them against the specific piece of kit you are weighing up rather than against the brand as a whole. That is usually more useful when you are deciding between two editions of the same dumbbell.
