Returns & Faults Policy

At Assassin Goods Ltd, we want you to love our products as much as we do. If you’ve had a change of heart, received something faulty, or simply aren’t feeling it — no worries. We believe returns should be easy.Eligibility for ReturnsWe’ll exchange or refund items that:
  • Are returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Are not worn, used, or sprayed with any external product (for hygiene reasons).
  • Are returned at the customer’s expense, unless faulty.
Please note: packaging issues or damages may incur a charge of £3–£60 per box, depending on the item.Your statutory rights are not affected.CancellationsBefore ShipmentYou may cancel your order before it has shipped (or before production has begun) for a full refund.If any costs have been incurred prior to cancellation, these may be deducted from the refund amount.After DispatchOnce your order has shipped, you’ll need to wait until you receive it and then follow our returns process.
  • You are responsible for return freight charges.
  • Returns are subject to charges of up to £7.50 per standard box and up to £25 per oversized box.
  • Any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • (Prices are guidelines and may vary in some circumstances.)
Refused or Failed DeliveriesIf you refuse delivery (unless the product was damaged in transit) or fail to respond to a “missed delivery” notice:
  • Your order will be returned to us.
  • It will be treated as a return and subject to applicable return fees.
  • We’ll process your refund minus the return freight charge once the goods are received back at our warehouse.
General ReturnsItems must be returned to Assassin Goods Ltd in their original packaging and saleable condition.If packaging or product damage requires repair or repackaging, we reserve the right to deduct a suitable amount from your refund.To start a return or exchange, please email info@assassingoods.com.Most items can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase.Faulty or Damaged ItemsIf your item is faulty or damaged:
  1. Please provide photo or video evidence of the issue.
  2. If damage occurred in transit, ensure you sign the delivery as “damaged”.
  3. Items must be returned clean and dry for assessment.
  4. We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your return.
  5. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll refund the item price plus reasonable return postage costs.
