Payment Process
When you place your order it will be approved awaiting authorisation and fulfilment, at this stage we have not taken any money from your account.
The next stage is a manual authorisation of your order, during this stage a member of staff will confirm the capture of your payment and begin the fulfilment process.
During the payment process we will offer full refunds to any cancellations up until the payment has been captured, after this point there may be an admin fee of up to 5% to account for both processing of refunds and for locating parcels and manual handling required to ensure items do not get shipped.
Privacy Policy – we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All payment data is stored by the responsible payment gateway
Delivery
The Customer Responsibilities
While Assassin Goods Ltd endeavours to ensure the delivery on the date which the Customer has requested, it cannot be held responsible for any loss, direct or otherwise, accruing to the Customer as a result of error or delay by Third Parties, or error on the part of the Customer.
Assassin Goods Ltd cannot be held responsible for the decisions, errors or any other actions of Third Parties involved in the process of rendering the Service or Services provided by the Company.
Assassin Goods Ltd will not be held liable in the case of default by the courier company in charge of the consignment. 3rd party terms and conditions apply.
Delivery Policy – We use an array of couriers for orders depending on size and weight. We aim to send all orders out the following working day after they are placed and paid for
Delivery times may vary but aim to be within 5-7 working days but we ask that the customer allow 14 working days for UK orders. It is only after this time which we/the courier will consider it lost/missing
Highlands of Scotland and other remote areas may incur an additional surcharge to be paid on delivery depending on the size/weight of the order and the destination address. Please Contact info@assassingoods.com for further information.
The person who places the order must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for payment of the total cost of the order.
Additional/Miscellaneous
Assassin Goods Ltd cannot be held responsible for any problems, loss, injury or otherwise occurring as a result of omission, error, misuse, or oversight by the Customer.
No liability can be accepted by Assassin Goods for any loss, injury or otherwise resulting from natural disasters, war, rioting, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond the Company’s control.
The company reserves the right to refuse orders at their discretion.
By placing an order online or otherwise providing us with an email address, you as the Customer authorize Assassin Goods Ltd to contact you in relation to your booking or enquiry using the contact details you have provided.
Returns/Cancellations/Damages
All exchanges/returns must be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt of goods, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Please always include a returns form which can be requested from us via email. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is fault on our behalf.
All orders should be thoroughly checked upon receipt, and any shortages/damages reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Any goods arriving showing any damage at all should be signed for as ‘damaged’.

Any and all discount codes have limitations on items, quantities, cart value and number of uses.

Pre-order Terms and Conditions
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with Assassin Goods Limited. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Assassin Goods' Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
When placing a Pre-order for Assassin Goods products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Assassin Goods shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that Assassin Goods may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers; (2) Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), and others listed on the site (may vary depending on time of purchase). For orders within England, Scotland or Wales, all fees will be paid at checkout, however, orders from outside England, Scotland or Wales, the purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, these fees are Buyer’s responsibility.
Assassin Goods will build/ship Products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list.
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Assassin Goods does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Assassin Goods is not responsible for any damages/fees that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays unless it is more than 6 months after your order date. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedules. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in Section 5 below.
Buyer or Seller may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price without interest and subject to the administration charge. If Assassin Goods cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest. To cancel the Pre-order, there is an administrative charge of £50.
Under no circumstances will Assassin Goods be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that Assassin Goods is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.
We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
Assassin Goods reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your reservation as described in Section 5 above.
