Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this bench. It does not have any proper knee support, which makes it difficult or impossible to perform ab exercises and other dumbbell exercises where this support is needed.
When the bench is in the flat position, there is noticeable flex and movement in the joints. In the 90-degree upright position, the frame also bends in the joints when leaning back and bracing with the feet.
Overall, the bench does not feel stable enough for serious training and could be improved in terms of structural support and rigidity.
I purchased the kettebell to compliment an existing set of kettlebells, allowing me to double up on various weights as I only had singles previously. The adjustable kettlebell is a great solid construction, and the mechanism is fairly smooth and easy to work.
