Standard delivery to mainland UK takes 3 to 7 working days. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day where the item is in stock. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.

The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take longer, and next-day delivery is not available to the Highlands and Islands. The options and times for your address are shown at checkout.

Standard delivery to mainland Great Britain is free from £49 on smaller items and from £149 on larger items. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Express, Saturday and timed slots cost extra and are priced by location and parcel size. Whatever applies, you see the full delivery charge before you pay.

When your order is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and a link to the carrier. If you have an account, the same tracking sits under Orders when you log in.

Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If it has not moved for three working days, get in touch with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Express delivery is offered at checkout alongside the standard option, with the price shown for your address. Saturday and timed slots are available on most items but are quoted individually, so ask us through the contact form before you order and we will price it.

Next-day delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Yes. For addresses outside the UK and Northern Ireland, use the contact form and tell us what you would like and where it is going. Delivery cost and time depend on the destination and the size of the order, so we quote each one.

Customs duties, import taxes and any clearance delays in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. If you are in the EU, our EU store at eu.stealth-equipment.com ships from within the EU.

Late: check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it has stalled for three working days, contact us with your order number and we will open a query with the carrier.

Damaged, missing or wrong item: tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. That lets us claim against the carrier and get a replacement moving. Lost or damaged parcels need to be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Yes, as long as it has not been processed for dispatch. Contact us straight away with your order number and what you would like changed. Orders placed before 1pm can leave the same day, so the sooner the better.

If it has already been dispatched, let it arrive and use the returns process. Please do not refuse the delivery: that delays your refund and can add carrier charges.

No. If you change your mind after dispatch, accept the parcel and contact us so we can set up the return properly. A refused parcel goes back through the carrier network, which delays your refund, and any return-to-sender or failed-delivery charges may be deducted from it where the law and our returns policy allow.

Payment is taken when you order, which reserves your stock at the pre-order price. The estimated dispatch date is on the product page and we email progress updates while you wait. Once the stock lands with us, pre-orders are dispatched within one working day in order-date sequence.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Cancelling releases your place in the queue, and if you re-order later the price may have changed.

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something, then a further 14 days to send it back. We refund within 14 days of receiving it. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is yours to cover, and if it has been used beyond what you would do in a shop a proportionate deduction can apply.

The Stealth Adjustable Dumbbells 41.5kg also carry a 45-day home trial, which is separate from the 14-day right to cancel.

It applies to the Stealth Adjustable Dumbbells 41.5kg bought new. You can train with them at home for up to 45 days from delivery and, if they are not right for you, ask to return them for a refund. To qualify, the request must be made within 45 days, the set must have been used at home only, every part, tool, manual and the packaging must come back, and the set must meet the condition standards in the returns policy.

End-of-line, clearance and ex-display sets are excluded, and the trial is one per customer or delivery address.

Use the contact form, choose "Returns or warranty", and give us your order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions and, where the item is faulty, a label. Please wait for those instructions before posting anything, so the parcel comes to the right place and is logged against your order.

Pack it as it arrived, with all the parts, and keep your proof of postage.

• Stealth equipment bought new: 2 years, covering manufacturing defects under normal home use. The optional Stealth Lifetime Warranty extends this for the original owner and must be bought with the equipment.
• Other new products: 6 months, unless the product page says otherwise. Bumper plates and bands have their own terms.
• End-of-line Stealth products sold new: 6 months.
• Ex-display, ex-comp, clearance and sale items: sold as seen, no manufacturer warranty. Your rights on faulty goods still apply.

Warranty cover is parts replacement rather than labour, and Stealth cover is for home use: commercial, gym or rental use voids it.

It is a paid upgrade to the standard 2-year Stealth warranty, bought at the same time as the equipment, and it lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. It covers manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal home use: frame and weld defects, faults in load-bearing parts, and faults in the adjustment mechanism and internal moving parts. An approved claim is put right by repair or replacement parts.

It does not cover wear parts such as grips, coatings, pins and rubber, cosmetic marks, accidental damage, drops, modifications, or any commercial use. It cannot be transferred if you sell the set.

Use the claim form at the bottom of the warranty page. We need your order number, which product and part is affected, a short description of what is happening, and photos or a video that show it. Most claims are assessed from those within a working day or two, and approved claims are settled with replacement parts or a repair.

Keep your proof of purchase: warranty cover is tied to the original order.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you can reject a faulty, misdescribed or unfit item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days and within six months we repair or replace it, and if that fails you may be entitled to a refund or a price reduction. Return shipping on a confirmed fault is on us.

Tell us as soon as you spot the problem, with your order number and photos, and we will take it from there.

Each dumbbell sits in its base. Turn the handle to the weight you want, and when you lift, only the plates for that weight lock to the handle. The rest stay in the base. Put it back down, turn to a new weight, lift again. One pair replaces a rack of fixed dumbbells.
