I've owned the 41.5kg dumbells for a while and progressed to using the full weight. Unfortunately the end plate slips past the end of the centre pinion and one fell on my face mid press. Tried to upload a video but it wouldn't let me

The product is fine, but overall not happy with this company. I pre-ordered kettlebells from them, paying upon order. Their pre-order policy is quite clear that any order can be cancelled at any point before despatch for a refund. Due to a change in priorities, I sent an email requesting a cancellation at 06:57 on Tuesday - the kettlebells were still listed as pre-order on their site at this time. I heard nothing, so sent a chaser at 19:14 that evening. I heard nothing until 21:30, when I received an automated email telling me my order had been despatched - the kettlebells were still listed as pre-order on the website! I refuse to believe my previous emails (particularly the one sent at 06:57) had not been seen prior to despatch - I believe it was deliberately ignored in order to prevent me cancelling. Do not trust this company!

In addition, with our pre-orders, it is not an instant process; the dispatch starts when we prepare the pre-orders. As we have 100s of pre-orders, the prep and booking of shipments can happen days in advance to ensure it can all be ready to go out in the same day. As you received an email at 9.30pm it is likely an automated email as it is considerably outside of office hours.
