Standard home gym bench, does a job but theres still some movement when sat doing medium to heavy presses. But overall a decent enough bench to get the job done

Bought adjustable dumbbell's and stand. Excellent quality and easy to understand instructions for putting together. Had an issue with one of the trays not fitting on the stand, contacted and a replacement was sent out and received next day, excellent customer service.
