Stealth Ops App Privacy Notice

Stealth Ops is a private internal application used by Assassin Goods Ltd staff and authorised contractors to run day to day operations. It is not available to the public, and accounts are created by invitation only. This notice explains what the app collects and why. It sits alongside our main Privacy Policy, which covers customers and visitors to our website.

1. Who this applies to

This notice applies to people we have given a Stealth Ops account: our employees, and contractors or agencies we work with. It does not apply to customers, and no customer creates an account here.

2. What the app collects

Information you give us when an account is created:

Your name
Your work email address, which is also how you sign in
Your job title, team and region, so the right work reaches you

Information created as you use the app:

The content you enter: tasks, notes, comments, approvals, calendar entries and messages
Files you attach, including photos and videos taken with your device camera
A record of actions taken, such as who changed a status or approved a piece of work

Information collected automatically:

A device notification token, so we can send you a push notification. This identifies the device, not you personally, and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
Technical diagnostics if something goes wrong: the error message, where in the app it happened, the app version and your browser or device type.

3. Company email

Authorised staff can read and send the company's own Gmail accounts from within the app. Message content is shown to you directly from Google and is not stored on our systems. We hold only the secure access tokens that allow the connection, and the list of who is permitted to use each mailbox. Access to a mailbox is granted individually by an administrator.

4. Camera, photos and microphone

The app asks for camera and photo access only when you choose to attach a photo or video, and for microphone access only when that video records sound. Nothing is captured in the background, and declining simply means you attach files another way.

5. Why we collect it

We use this information only to operate the business: to assign and track work, to notify you of things that need your attention, to keep a record of approvals, and to diagnose faults in the app.

Our lawful bases are the performance of your contract with us, and our legitimate interests in running the business efficiently and keeping our systems secure.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not use it for advertising, and the app contains no advertising or tracking technology.
We do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
We do not use it to monitor you outside your work, or for automated decisions about you.

7. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the app:

Cloudflare, which hosts the application and stores its data
Apple, which delivers push notifications to your device
Google, where the company email accounts are held

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

8. Where it is stored

Data is held on servers within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a provider transfers data outside the UK or EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. How long we keep it

Account details are kept while your account is active. When an account is closed we remove the personal details associated with it, though work you created, such as a task or an approval, is retained as part of our business records. Technical diagnostics are kept for a short period and then deleted.

10. Keeping it secure

Signing in uses a one time code sent to your work email address rather than a password. What you can see is limited by the permissions an administrator has given you. Access to company mailboxes is granted individually and can be withdrawn at any time.

11. Your rights

You have the same rights as set out in our main Privacy Policy, including the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, and to object to how we use it. To exercise them, contact us using the details below.
