Pre-Orders – Information, Terms & Cancellation

If your item is marked Pre-Order, it means you’re reserving incoming stock before it’s available for immediate dispatch. This page explains exactly how pre-orders work, what to expect, and how to manage or cancel your pre-order.


1) Quick summary (the bits most people care about)

  • Payment is taken at the time of ordering to secure your reservation.

  • Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and shared via email updates. These dates are provided in good faith and may change if manufacturing, shipping, or supply timelines shift.

  • We email regular updates while you’re waiting so you always know what stage your order is at.

  • Dispatch timing: pre-orders are dispatched within 1 working day of stock arriving with us.

  • Cancellation: you can cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.


2) How your pre-order gets to you (step by step)

Order confirmed (immediately)

Your pre-order is received, authorised, and confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout to secure your stock, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away.

Pre-order updates

We’ll send regular email updates with progress information and the latest estimated arrival date.

Stock arrival

Once stock arrives with us, your order enters the dispatch queue based on order date.

Quality checks & fulfilment

Orders are checked, picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

With your courier

Your order is handed to the courier and tracking details are sent by email (and sometimes SMS).


Pre-Order progress

Your order typically moves through the stages below:

✔ Stock allocated to your order
✔ Manufacturing completed
⏳ In transit to the UK
⏳ Quality checks & fulfilment
⏳ With your courier

These stages are shared so you can clearly see where your order is in the process.


3) Estimated dispatch dates

Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the product page and included in progress update emails.

These dates are provided in good faith. Occasionally, delays can occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or wider supply-chain factors. If anything changes, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.


4) Important pre-order terms

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or supply-chain factors

  • Payment is taken at the time of ordering to secure your reservation

  • If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, a full refund will be issued


5) Managing or cancelling your pre-order (self-serve)

If you need to change something or cancel, please use the form below. We’ll confirm everything by email.


Keep an eye on your emails

All pre-order updates are sent by email, including:

  • Progress updates while your order is in transit

  • Any changes to estimated dispatch dates

  • Dispatch confirmation and tracking details

Please make sure:

  • You’re checking the email address used at checkout

  • Our emails aren’t going to spam or promotions folders

If you’re unsure about timing, the most up-to-date information is usually in your latest email update.


Before you cancel (please read)

If you’re considering cancelling due to timing or uncertainty, you may want to keep the following in mind:

  • Your stock is reserved at your pre-order price

  • Pre-order pricing is often lower than later batches

  • Prices can increase after pre-order due to changes in costs such as shipping, manufacturing, duties, or other operational factors

  • Cancelling releases your reserved stock and your place in the allocation queue

If you cancel:

  • You lose your place in the queue

  • If you re-order later, you’ll join the back of the allocation

  • If the batch sells out, re-ordering may not be possible


Cancellation policy (clear & simple)

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please note:

  • Your pre-order price is locked in at the time of purchase

  • If you cancel and re-order in a future batch, prices may change due to factors such as shipping, manufacturing, currency, duties, or operational costs

  • Cancelling releases your reserved stock back into open allocation immediately


6) After delivery: returns & warranty (in one place)

Once delivered, standard returns and warranty terms apply (depending on the product).

  • Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Refunds are processed after inspection

  • Warranty terms vary by product category and usage (home vs commercial, etc.)

Pre-orders exist to guarantee availability on limited-stock items and to lock in pricing ahead of general availability. Keeping your order secures both your place in the queue and your purchase price.
