We wanted to let you know exactly what happens next, so you’re fully in the loop from order to delivery.
How your order gets from us to you
(The steps below apply to standard orders. For pre-orders, please see the section further down.)
1. Order confirmed (immediately)
As soon as your order is placed, it’s securely received by our system, authorised, and queued up ready for processing.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk folder or search your inbox for info@assassingoods.com.
2. Payment capture & label booking (within 1 working day)
Your payment is captured and your shipping label is booked, ready for fulfilment.
3. Picking, checks & packing (within 1 working day)
Your order is carefully picked from our stock and checked to make sure everything is correct. We then pack your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, using protective packaging where needed.
4. Collection / dispatch (same or next working day after packing)
Once packed, your parcel is handed over to our courier. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email, including tracking details where applicable.
Depending on the courier, you may also receive additional emails or SMS updates.
5. In transit & tracking (delivery time depends on service selected)
Your order is now on its way to you. Tracking updates will be sent by the courier showing the progress of your delivery until it reaches you.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email, via your account on our website, or (if applicable) through the Shop app.
If you need to make any changes to your delivery, this can usually be done via the tracking link, your account, or the Shop app.
6. Delivery
Your parcel arrives at your chosen delivery address.
If you’re not available, the courier will follow their standard delivery procedure. You can usually nominate a safe place or neighbour via the courier’s tracking page.

Frequently Asked Questions – Standard Orders
When will my order be dispatched?
Most standard orders are dispatched within 1 working day, depending on stock availability and order volume.
Do I need to do anything after ordering?
No — you don’t need to take any action. We’ll keep you updated by email at each stage of the process, including when your order is dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Once your order has been dispatched, address changes must be made directly with the courier via the tracking link.
I haven’t received my confirmation or dispatch email — what should I do?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, search for emails from
info@assassingoods.com or get in touch and we’ll help.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent in your dispatch email and can also be found in your account on our website or via the Shop app (if enabled).
My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my order — what should I do? Occasionally couriers mark parcels as delivered slightly early. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the parcel to arrive and check with neighbours or any nominated safe place.
If it still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
What if I’ve already cancelled my order?
If your order has already been cancelled and confirmed by us, no further action is required.
How your pre-order gets to you

2. Pre-order updates
We’ll send regular email updates with progress information and the latest estimated arrival date for your pre-order stock.
3. Payment capture & label booking (within 1 working day of stock arriving)
Once your pre-order stock arrives with us, your payment is captured and your shipping label is booked.
4. Picking, checks & packing (within 1 working day of stock arriving)
Your order is carefully picked, checked, and packed securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
5. Collection / dispatch (same or next working day after packing)
Your parcel is handed over to our courier and you’ll receive dispatch and tracking details by email. Depending on the courier, you may also receive SMS updates.
6. In transit & delivery
Your order is delivered following the same tracking and delivery process as a standard order.
Pre-order FAQs
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
Pre-orders are dispatched within 1 working day of the stock arriving with us. Estimated arrival dates are provided on the product page and via email updates.
Will I receive updates while I’m waiting?
Yes — we’ll email you with updates on progress and any changes to the expected arrival date.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
How will I know when my pre-order ships?
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details once your order leaves us.
