Help Centre Track an order

TRACK AN ORDER.

Enter your order number and the email or postcode you ordered with. The order number is on your confirmation email and starts with #.

Order lookup needs JavaScript, which is switched off in this browser. Your dispatch email carries the tracking number and a link to the carrier, or contact us with your order number and we will look it up.#agto-form-template--30109476520323__track_order { display: none; }

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and a link to the carrier. If you have an account, the same tracking sits under Orders when you log in.

Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If it has not moved for three working days, get in touch with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

My delivery is late, damaged or something is missing. What do I do?

Late: check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it has stalled for three working days, contact us with your order number and we will open a query with the carrier.

Damaged, missing or wrong item: tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. That lets us claim against the carrier and get a replacement moving. If a parcel has not arrived, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier quickly. Spotted a problem later? Still get in touch: your rights do not change.
