Super quality bit of kit, solid, highly usable without any set up straight out the box. Also, want to give Assassin Goods the biggest possible 5 star shout out. DPD played a howler on delivery first time round and Assassin's customer service was second to none on fixing issue. I'll be returning for any further gym equipment next time, no question. Found the instructions to buld them and the stand easy to follow.
Did a dumbbell chest session and I liked the feel of the dumbbells and the handles.
I liked being able to lift off and replace the dumbbells on the stand between sets, which I believe saves energy over lifting hex dumbbells off the floor.
I also found the stand the right height.
I really liked the 1.5kg increments especially nearing the end of the final sets.
The flat ends of the dumbbells are ideal for resting on my legs before going back onto the bench.
Would definitely recommend.
