App Privacy

This policy explains what the Stealth Training System app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and your choices. The app is a training companion: your coach builds your plan, and you log and track your training. If you have questions, contact Hello@assassingoods.com.

Who we are

The app is operated by Assassin Goods Ltd (Unit 3a Myers Lane Business Park, Penrith, CA11 9DP, United Kingdom). For privacy questions, email Hello@assassingoods.com.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to run your training:

  • Account & contact — your email address, used to sign you in (a one-time code is emailed to you) and to send account-related messages.
  • Training data you create — the workouts, sets, reps, weights, distances, times, RPE/effort, session notes, and personal bests you log; your scheduled plan; and any body weight and progress photos you choose to add.
  • Notification preferences & device token — if you turn on notifications, we store your preferences (and your device's push token) so we can send the reminders/alerts you opted into. You can turn this off any time.
  • Basic app/diagnostic data — limited technical information needed to deliver the app reliably (e.g. error/sync state). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: show your plan, save and sync your logs, and track progress.
  • To share your training with your coach/trainer: because this is a coaching app, the coach who manages your plan can see the training data, body metrics, and progress photos associated with your plan, so they can program and monitor your training.
  • To send notifications you've opted into (e.g. session reminders, weight check-ins).
  • To support you and keep the app secure and working.

Who we share it with

  • Your coach/trainer, as described above.
  • Service providers that run the app on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards: Google (plan and progress-photo storage), Cloudflare (app delivery and database), and Apple (push notification delivery). These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
  • We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
  • We may disclose information if required by law.

Progress photos

Progress photos are optional. If you add them, they are stored on our behalf and are visible to you and to your coach. You can delete any photo in the app, and deleting your account removes your associated data (see below).

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete my account). Deleting your account revokes your access and removes your personal information and training data from active use; limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, or backup purposes and then deleted on our normal schedule. You can also email Hello@assassingoods.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the UK/EU under UK GDPR/GDPR), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). To exercise these, use the in-app deletion or contact Hello@assassingoods.com.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
