FIVE WEIGHTS. ONE TWIST. NO LOOSE PLATES.
These adjustable kettlebells combine five working weights in one compact cast-iron body. Turn the selector to change the load in 2kg increments, without inserting, removing or storing loose plates.
The optimised internal selector and locking system securely engages the chosen plates, helping you move quickly between exercises and training weights.
Choose Your Adjustable Kettlebell Range
- Yellow, 8-16kg: 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg and 16kg
- Green, 16-24kg: 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg and 24kg
- Red, 24-32kg: 24kg, 26kg, 28kg, 30kg and 32kg
Each model replaces five fixed kettlebells. Together, the three models cover 13 different weights from 8kg to 32kg, without requiring a complete kettlebell rack.

Generation 2 is more than a colour update. It introduces a redesigned cast-iron shell, clear colour coding and optimised internals for smoother, more consistent weight selection.
The new 24-32kg adjustable kettlebell extends the twist-to-select system into heavier strength training. Based on our October 2026 market review, we believe it is the world's first dedicated 24kg to 32kg twist-to-select adjustable kettlebell.

The rounded shell and integrated handle support swings, cleans, snatches, presses, squats, rows and carries, as well as conditioning, mobility and core exercises.
A flattened base provides a stable surface while changing weight, storing the kettlebell or performing suitable floor-based movements.
