For pre-order items, due to the nature of the production and shipment of the items it is possible for delays to happen outside of our control, we will not accept accountability for these delays and they do not alter the order, items will be shipped as soon as we receive them.
Pre-order items will have a 24hr cancellation period in which you are able to cancel for no charge but after that, there will be a cancellation fee, please contact us to get more details.
We will ship pre-order items out by order date, first ordered = first dispatched when they arrive.
