Let me tell you straight off the bat. This fat burning plan is the most sensible I have ever read. It tells you how to lose weight in the simplest way. More importantly there is a page which should be mandatory reading for everyone trying to lose weight…Theo e where is says 80% of fat loss is how the quality and quantity of what you eat. The fiction of “fat burning workouts” is debunked there. This has been scientifically validating repeatedly as well as tying in with common sense. Training and sleep/recovery are important components of health, but what you eat is the key.

It's been a while since I've had dumbbells in my home gym, mainly focusing on main compound lifts which just require a barbell. However when I saw these with handy 2kg increments, I went ahead with the purchase and glad I did. They are excellent quality, and were easily to build on arrival. Ideal for what I need to concentrate on a few isolated exercises, and heavy enough for dumbbell presses if needs be.
