Stealth Adjustable Dumbbells Support: Repairs, Parts, Warranty and Aftercare
If something goes wrong with your Stealth equipment, support does not end with the sale. Assassin Goods can help identify faults, provide replacement parts and arrange repairs where feasible.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong With Stealth Equipment?

If something goes wrong with your Stealth equipment, the first step will often be to contact hello@assassingoods.com with your order number, product model and a clear description of the problem.

Our UK-based team will assess the issue and explain the appropriate next step. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve troubleshooting, supplying a replacement part, completing a warranty assessment or arranging a paid repair.

We do not believe that one damaged component should automatically turn an otherwise serviceable piece of strength equipment into waste. That is why replacement parts, repairability and direct customer support form an important part of owning Stealth equipment.

What should you do first?

Stop using the equipment if the problem could affect its safety, stability or ability to hold weight securely.

Do not force a selector, continue training with a visibly damaged component or attempt an unauthorised repair before the problem has been identified.

Use the Assassin Goods contact form and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the product
  3. The product model or generation, where known
  4. A clear description of what happened
  5. Photographs showing the complete product and affected area
  6. A short video if the problem involves movement, noise or an adjustment mechanism
  7. When you first noticed the issue
  8. Whether the equipment was damaged during delivery, assembly or use

Clear information helps us identify the product and determine whether the issue is related to assembly, adjustment, a replaceable component, accidental damage or a possible manufacturing fault.

What happens after you contact Stealth support?

The correct response depends on the equipment and the nature of the problem.

Can Stealth adjustable dumbbells be repaired?

Many issues affecting Stealth adjustable dumbbells can be addressed by replacing the affected component rather than replacing the complete pair.

Adjustable dumbbells contain moving and locking components. Although they are designed for repeated strength training, they should still be adjusted correctly, stored in their bases and protected from impacts, moisture and misuse.

If a handle, plate, insert or base component becomes damaged, the first step is to identify the exact edition, generation and capacity. Parts are not automatically interchangeable between models.

You can browse the available adjustable dumbbell replacement parts, but contact us before ordering if you are uncertain about compatibility.

Black Edition replacement parts

The Stealth Black Edition adjustable dumbbells are designed with entirely replaceable parts.

Genuine Black Edition replacement components are listed directly on the Assassin Goods website. These include model-specific handles, plates, inserts and base components.

This means that damage to one serviceable component does not automatically require the purchase of a complete new pair.

The Stealth Black Edition adjustable dumbbells are available as separate 23.5kg, 32.5kg and 41.5kg configurations. They are not compatible with the Chrome Edition upgrade packages, so the exact model must be confirmed before ordering a replacement part.

Chrome Edition replacement parts

The Stealth Chrome Gen 6 adjustable dumbbells use rigid all-metal plates and a serviceable adjustable design.

Genuine Chrome Edition replacement components are listed directly through the store. Compatibility can depend on the dumbbell generation, handle and capacity, so include your original order number when possible.

The Stealth Chrome Gen 6 adjustable dumbbells also have an official capacity upgrade route. The 23.5kg pair can be expanded to 32.5kg using the first package, while existing 32.5kg owners can use the separate 32.5kg to 41.5kg package.

An upgrade package is intended to increase capacity. It should not be treated as a substitute for the correct replacement part when a component is damaged.

Core Edition replacement parts

Replacement components for the Stealth Core Edition adjustable dumbbells are available through Stealth support.

Core Edition parts are not currently offered through the same direct online parts catalogue used for the Black and Chrome editions. Contact us with your order details and photographs so we can identify the appropriate component.

The Stealth Core Edition adjustable dumbbells adjust from 2kg to 40kg per dumbbell and are supplied as one complete capacity. They do not use the Chrome Edition upgrade packages.

What does the standard Stealth warranty cover?

Current Stealth products are generally covered by a two-year limited warranty unless the product page or current Assassin Goods warranty policy states otherwise.

For adjustable dumbbells, the published standard warranty is 24 months and covers manufacturing defects. It is a parts-only warranty, with labour and transport excluded unless otherwise agreed.

The standard warranty does not normally cover:

  1. Accidental damage
  2. Dropping
  3. General wear and tear
  4. Misuse or neglect
  5. Improper assembly
  6. Incorrect or damp storage
  7. Unauthorised modifications
  8. Commercial or gym use
  9. Cosmetic marks that do not affect function

End-of-line, ex-display, ex-competition, clearance and sale products may have different warranty terms. Check the relevant product description and the current warranty information before purchasing or making a claim.

Nothing in the published warranty policy removes a customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.

What is the Stealth Lifetime Warranty?

The Stealth Lifetime Warranty is an optional paid protection upgrade for eligible equipment. It must be purchased at the same time as the equipment.

It covers eligible manufacturing defects and structural or mechanical failures under normal home use. It does not provide unlimited cover for accidental damage, wear, cosmetic damage, misuse or shipping costs.

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the complete terms. It is non-transferable, and coverage for a discontinued product ends two years after the product is officially discontinued.

Customers should read the full terms before purchasing rather than assuming that every type of damage will be covered.

Lifetime warranty and lifetime aftercare are different

The optional lifetime warranty and lifetime aftercare are not the same service.

The lifetime warranty is a paid extension of eligible warranty coverage. It applies only under its published conditions.

Lifetime aftercare means that Assassin Goods will continue to offer product support, spare parts and paid repairs where reasonably possible, including after the standard warranty has expired.

Lifetime aftercare does not guarantee:

  1. Free repairs
  2. Free replacement parts
  3. Permanent stock of every component
  4. Acceptance of an out-of-warranty return
  5. Cover for accidental damage or misuse

It provides a route to ask for help before treating the equipment as disposable. We will however do everything we can to support our users and offer the best solution.

Does Assassin Goods offer a repair service?

Assassin Goods offers paid repair services where a repair is technically and commercially feasible.

Some issues can be resolved by supplying a replacement part and installation guidance. More complicated mechanical problems may require the equipment to be inspected or repaired at our Cumbria site.

Repair labour and transport are not automatically included in the standard parts warranty. Any likely costs and practical requirements should be agreed before equipment is sent to us.

Do not send a product back without contacting us first. Heavy equipment requires appropriate packaging and an agreed return process.

What if the equipment was damaged accidentally?

Tell us what happened.

Accidental damage may fall outside the warranty, but that does not necessarily mean the complete product has to be replaced. A compatible part or paid repair may still offer a practical solution.

Being clear about how the damage occurred helps us give accurate advice. Hiding relevant information can slow the assessment and may result in the wrong component being recommended.

What if the product arrived damaged or incomplete?

Inspect heavy equipment when it arrives and retain the original packaging until you are satisfied that the order is complete and undamaged.

If something is wrong:

  1. Photograph the outside of the packaging.
  2. Photograph the shipping label.
  3. Photograph the damaged or missing area.
  4. Keep all packaging and loose components.
  5. Contact Assassin Goods promptly with your order number.
  6. Do not assemble or use equipment if doing so could worsen the damage.

Delivery damage, missing parts and incorrect items are handled separately from damage caused during use, ad will be replaced as quickly as possible

What if you simply want to return the product?

A change-of-mind return is not the same as a fault or warranty claim.

Read the current Assassin Goods returns and refunds policy before returning anything. Eligibility, reporting periods, product condition and return costs depend on the circumstances and the product purchased.

Contact us first and wait for return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.

How can you reduce the risk of problems?

Correct use and storage make a substantial difference to the working life of strength equipment.

For selectorised adjustable dumbbells:

  1. Change the weight only while the dumbbell is seated correctly in its base.
  2. Do not force the handle if the plates are misaligned.
  3. Return the dumbbell to the base under control.
  4. Do not drop the dumbbell.
  5. Keep the mechanism clean and free from debris.
  6. Store the equipment indoors in a dry environment.
  7. Wipe away sweat and moisture after training.
  8. Check that plates and locking components are seated correctly before lifting.
  9. Stop using the dumbbell if a plate appears loose or incorrectly selected.

For barbells, benches, stands and other Stealth equipment, follow the assembly, loading, flooring and storage guidance supplied with the product.

How does customer feedback affect Stealth equipment?

Customer feedback is useful when it identifies a repeatable problem, unclear instruction or part that could be easier to maintain.

We use support conversations and product feedback to help us:

  1. Improve instructions
  2. Clarify product descriptions
  3. Identify commonly misunderstood components
  4. Develop replacement parts
  5. Refine future product generations
  6. Improve packaging and assembly guidance
  7. Explain warranty limitations more clearly

Not every complaint indicates a manufacturing defect, and not every problem can be resolved under warranty. However, every genuine issue should receive a clear assessment and an honest explanation.

You can read experiences from named customers and follow links to available original sources in our collection of Stealth adjustable dumbbell reviews.

Final answer

If something goes wrong with Stealth equipment, stop using it if safety may be affected and contact Assassin Goods.

Include your order number, product model, photographs and a clear description of the issue. We will then determine whether troubleshooting, a replacement component, a warranty assessment or a paid repair is the appropriate next step.

The important point is that support does not automatically end when the equipment leaves our warehouse. Where a product can be safely serviced, repaired or kept in use, we will help identify the most practical route.
