Tuve el inconviente de que por un error de montaje mรญo, me equivoquรฉ en el sentido de los discos exteriores y eso provocรณ que se me desenganchara un disco y al caer se rompiera.
El servicio de atenciรณn al cliente a banda de darme las explicaciones tรฉcnicas del porquรฉ me habรญa sucedido esto ( error mรญo de montaje) y de su amabilidad y diligencia, me han envรญado sin coste el disco que se me fracturรณ aunque fuera causa ajena a su responsabilidad.
En definitiva, material de alta calidad, las mancuernas son magnรญficas y servicio de atenciรณn al cliente espectacular.
Sin duda recomiendo la elecciรณn de estas mancuernas.
The quality is excellent, and it's really easy to use. I was worried the grip might be too thick, but it turned out to be very comfortable, especially when lifting heavier weights. This dumbbell is great and offers the right weight for a wide range of exercises.
Note: While this is not relateto the brand, for anyone using adjustable dumbbells for the first time, itโs worth noting that the balance may feel quite different compared to standard dumbbells.
