Good quality dumbells, if you can afford it. Otherwise it’s a bit too chunky when you need the small weights for warming up.
Great bit of kit though a slight design Improvement would be to bring the handles out proud of the main weight (the bell) in order to better facilitate different lifts particularly two hand lifts
I would give it 5stars if the selection push down was not plastic and it’s hard to read the weight choices. However, it’s still a great design and I’m very pleased to have one.
I bought the black version and they are exactly what I hoped they would be! quick and easy changes for different exercises would recommend
