No Change-of-Mind Returns

Final Sale and Ex-Display items cannot be returned for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing or fit

• Cosmetic imperfections disclosed at the time of sale

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If a Final Sale or Ex-Display item is:

• Faulty, or

• Significantly not as described,

you are entitled to a remedy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos or videos.

Warranty & Support

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties remain valid unless otherwise stated.
Cosmetic wear, marks, or defects clearly disclosed at the time of sale are not considered faults.
