Sturdy , well designed bench. Feels extremely stable in use. Fold flat design enables the bench to be stored upright against a wall or under a bed.
Looking for a fold flat bench, stop looking just buy this one. It has a handle at the front which makes it easy to wheel around. A handle at the side to help stow under furniture, a weight rating that is more than a lot of top rated benches. It goes to 90degrees that a lot do not, it's almost perfect.
Ordered the 41.5Kg adjustable stealth dumbbells a few weeks before I ordered the stand. The dumbbells are great and at first, I thought I would get by without the stand. Once I ordered the stand it arrived in two separate deliveries which was annoying as they were hours apart. The stand is easy to build up but I used my own Spanner and Ratchet socket to tighten the bolts as spanners supplied are a bit flimsy. The stand is really good quality and heavy duty and would not look out of place in a professional gym. It makes using the dumbbells easier as they are at good height. If you are thinking of buying the dumbbells (also excellent purchase) I would definitely recommend the stand to go along with them.
I was intending to wait until 6 months down the line to write my review but my experience so far, as well as some down time in work that needs filling, have led me to bring the timeline forward. I've used these for 6 weeks now and believe they will be partially accountable for one of the most positive changes I've ever made in my life. I bought them as a reward to myself for 6 months of regular exercise - habit formed so can justify the financial outlay on something like these. The build quality astonished me from the moment I started assembling them. Everything about them works perfectly as advertised. They don't take up much space, they are pleasant to look at, they don't look dissimilar to regular dumbbells. For me, I have always hated the gym, I love exercise in its various forms but have never been able to do much in the way of gaining muscle as a result of disliking gyms. Press ups and planks and so on will get you so far but without the mindset of an SAS soldier -something I certainly don't have - it's difficult to make good, fast progress with bodyweight exercises.These dumbbells have solved that for me: to have access to weight training in my own home, in an attractive form factor and with very small steps between weight increases so that even someone brand new to weight training like me can overload easily I genuinely feel like a different person than i was a few months ago. I sincerely hope that the care I take when replacing them into the stand will be reflected in their longevity but for the time being if I could give more stars I would.
Excerlent bit of kit will be getting the other stand with the castors so can wheel around...

Ordered the Stealth Adjustable Dumbbells Chrome Edition + Heavy-Duty Dumbbell Stand on a exclusive deal Monday afternoon and received them the next afternoon.
Found the instructions to buld them and the stand easy to follow.
Did a dumbbell chest session and I liked the feel of the dumbbells and the handles.
I liked being able to lift off and replace the dumbbells on the stand between sets, which I believe saves energy over lifting hex dumbbells off the floor.
I also found the stand the right height.
I really liked the 1.5kg increments especially nearing the end of the final sets.
The flat ends of the dumbbells are ideal for resting on my legs before going back onto the bench.
Would definitely recommend.

Love the 41.5kg stealth dumbbells. They feel great in the hand with a quick and smooth weight change. The quality feels and looks great and I'm positive that with proper care they will outlast me. I will hopefully be buying the stand soon to compliment the set.
